These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cardiem mobile application and website at cardiem.app ("Service"), operated by Cardiem ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Cardiem is provided "as-is" and may be updated or modified at any time. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or exploit it, or using it for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cardiem.app.
Cardiem Gold is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription priced at $2.99/month (USD). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, Google Play account, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).
No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Gold features until the end of your current billing period.
Card inventory, pricing, and event listings are sourced from third-party store websites and may be inaccurate or out of date. Stores and event organizers control their own stock, pricing, and schedules. We do not guarantee availability of any listed product or event.
Card names, images, and game-related content belong to their respective publishers (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai Namco, etc.). Cardiem is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.
The Service may contain links to external websites, stores, and partner services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardiem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
