How do I search for cards near me?

Allow location access (or enter your zip code), type a card name, and tap Search. Cardiem checks real-time inventory across thousands of local game shops.

How do I manage my Cardiem Gold subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. On web, open the app menu and tap Manage Subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your device's subscription settings (see above). You'll keep Gold access until the end of your billing period.

I purchased Gold but it's not showing up.

Open the app menu and try "Restore Purchase." If that doesn't work, email us at support@cardiem.app and we'll sort it out.

How do I add my store to Cardiem?

Open the app, go to the menu, and tap "Submit a Store." Fill out the form and we'll get it added.

A store's inventory seems wrong.

Inventory is pulled from store websites and may lag behind real-time stock. Please contact the store directly to confirm availability before visiting.
